This outstanding opportunity as an ERP PDM Associate allows you to be part of an ambitious team that continually pushes the boundaries of creativity and performance.What You'll DoMaintain product-related data and configurations in all applicable ERP systems.Screen and assign support tickets ("bugs") from end users, resolving issues based on severity.Manage the lifecycle of assigned “bugs” from activation to closure.Identify and bring up blockers for active “bugs” and unreleased Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).Complete ECOs in accordance with approved processes and within assigned deadlines.What We're Looking ForA bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.Minimum five years of relevant work experience, including two years in a manufacturing environment.Minimum two years of experience working within supply chain and/or production modules in major ERP systems.Strong analytical skills and logical task execution within deadlines.Excellent problem-solving abilities for work-related issues.Effective communication skills across cross-functional teams and with technical and business engagement managers.Adaptability to meet changing demands and priorities.Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication and customer service.This job description may have been reviewed and enhanced using AI-assisted tools to improve clarity, consistency, and inclusivity.
