Production Clerk

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Reconcile time and attendance for team members using computer applications.
- Ensure hours and points are tracked correctly for each team member.
- Identify and correct time and attendance mistakes in a timely manner.
- Communicate time and attendance information daily.
- Track attendance violations and print out for the supervisors.
- Print out daily paperwork for departments.
- Input time off requests into time and attendance systems.
- Other duties as requested.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office computer applications.
- Must have organizational, critical thinking, and good math skills.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete daily tasks effectively.
- Minimum of 2-years clerical experience.
- Experience with Infor, M3, SAP, or other business reporting systems preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED + 1 or more years of college or technical school preferred.
