Districts Schedule: Per Diem | Monday - Friday | School Hours

Pay: $23-$29 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group behavior support

• Implement ABA strategies to encourage positive behaviors

• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques

• Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress

• Support students in building independence and confidence

• Collaborate with school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Experience in behavior intervention or education (preferred)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Passion for working with children and making a difference
