Title: Dir Supply Chain Management Company: Peoples Gas System State and City: Florida - Tampa Shift: 8 Hr. As our Director of Supply Chain, you'll play a key role in ensuring the materials, services, and supplier partnerships that power our business are aligned to operational excellence and long-term growth. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll partner with senior leaders, drive enterprise-wide supply chain strategies, and transform Supply Chain into a data-driven, customer-focused function that delivers measurable value across the organization. What You'll Do You'll lead and integrate sourcing, procurement, supplier management, materials management, fleet, facilities, and contract governance to support business priorities, capital programs, and operational reliability. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business and operational objectives Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and category management across enterprise spend categories Strengthen supplier performance, risk management, and business continuity programs Support capital projects and operational initiatives through effective procurement and material planning Drive process improvement, standardization, and SAP/ERP optimization Establish performance metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making practices Lead, develop, and empower a high-performing supply chain team Partner across Operations, Finance, Legal, Audit, IT, and Engineering to deliver business results This role is designed to reflect current business priorities; as the organization evolves, responsibilities may expand to align with strategic objectives.
