ResponsibilitiesOversee all daily sales activities and strategic initiatives for the Atlantic District office.
Mentor and guide a team of sales agents, helping them hone their craft and exceed their individual targets.
Develop and execute innovative outreach strategies to expand our client base in Danbury and beyond.
Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term revenue goals and operational benchmarks.
Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local stakeholders to strengthen our community presence.
RequirementsState of Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Proven track record of success in high-level sales leadership or insurance management.
Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance market landscape.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
Advanced proficiency in data-driven sales forecasting and performance analysis.
Strong public speaking and relationship-building abilities.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
