Join our vibrant team at The Colonnade in Surprise, AZ as a Dining Room Supervisor! Your Mission To assist manager to coordinate all service and personnel related to the dining room. Supervise and train all dining room employees. Maintain a positive and initiative‑taking culture in the dining services department. To interact with residents during their meal to ensure high quality of food and customer service. Schedule: Wednesday‑Sunday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM Why Choose Us? Key Responsibilities Coordinate all personnel and service related to the dining room. Supervise and train all dining room employees in correct serving, sanitation, attitude, and rapport with residents. Address all resident concerns regarding problems in the dining room and accommodate them accordingly. Maintain a constant presence in the dining room to assure all residents that you care and are aware of what is going on. Assist Dining Room Manager with hiring and training of all dining room personnel. Coordinate room service and to‑go orders for residents. Maintain all appropriate records. Conduct daily pre‑meal meetings with staff. Keep Dining Room Manager informed of all dining and kitchen activities. Work with special events coordinator to promote and staff special functions and events. All other duties as assigned. Your Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of computers. Ability to build professional rapport with employees. Previous experience in dining services. Previous supervisory experience — Preferred. Current Food Handlers Card and CPR certification required. Currently has, or has the ability to obtain, a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
