You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, respond to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. Position Type Part Time Pay Rate $18.55 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare technology location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and communicating observations to appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Support a professional, orderly environment by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and facility concerns to site leadership and/or emergency responders. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
