Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs
• Implement targeted physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and home exercise recommendations
• Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with facility standards and regulatory requirements

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
