Are you a CDL-A driver searching for an OTR opportunity that offers weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, drive dry van routes throughout the Midwest with excellent equipment and competitive compensation.

Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to enjoy quality time with family while maintaining consistent miles.

Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home if safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight: Our operations feature 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook freight, minimizing physical work and allowing you to focus on driving efficiently.

Pay and Miles: Drivers average $1,200 to $1,600 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional pay includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.

Running Area: Routes cover Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.

Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first month after 60 days of employment, along with $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, subject to age restrictions.
