- Warehouse lending facilities
- Forward flow transactions
- Whole loan transfers
- Repo agreements
- Securitization and related work
- 5+ years in asset-based/structured finance
- Experience with lenders, issuers, investors, or back-leverage providers
- NY Bar admission
- Strong academic foundation and Big Law training
