Nocturnist Physician Opportunity – 25 Minutes from Raleigh, North CarolinaWe are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join an established hospital medicine team just outside of Raleigh, NC. This position is designed for physicians who prefer an overnight schedule and enjoy providing high-quality inpatient care in a collaborative hospital environment.About the Hospital Medicine TeamBecome part of a close-knit and growing team of eight physicians with additional support from a dedicated Program Coordinator. The hospital is licensed for 205 acute care beds and includes 52 medical-surgical beds and a 12-bed Progressive Care Unit.The team has built a stable and supportive practice and is expanding to meet the needs of the hospital and surrounding community.The hospital offers access to a broad range of specialty services, including cardiology, pulmonology, critical care, orthopedics, and OB/GYN. Physicians benefit from strong multidisciplinary collaboration and the resources necessary to effectively manage medically complex patients.Position HighlightsDedicated nocturnist position working exclusively overnight shifts7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. schedule7 days on / 7 days off with scheduling flexibilityOpen ICU and Progressive Care Unit coverageDaytime intensivist coverage with intensivist consult support available overnightNo procedures requiredParticipation on the hospital code teamCollaborative practice environment focused on quality and patient-centered careCandidate QualificationsCandidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and committed to delivering exceptional inpatient care during overnight hours.Current BLS and ACLS certification is required.CompensationThis opportunity offers a highly competitive compensation package with additional bonus potential. Average annual nocturnist compensation is approximately $350,000.
