As a Senior Accounting & Finance Consultant , you'll partner with leadership to drive insight, improve financial performance, and support critical initiatives such as growth, restructuring, or systems implementations.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting & Finance Consultant:
- Oversee accounting close processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support business decisions
- Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support technical accounting issues and policy development
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, KPIs, and operational finance initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience spanning accounting and finance roles
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to operate in complex, evolving client environments
