Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources by utilizing various assessment tools and techniques. \n
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions grounded in evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring clients receive personalized care suited to their unique situations. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include clear therapeutic goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client progress. \n
- Utilize interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to help clients navigate their concerns effectively. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, actively participating in treatment planning meetings. \n
- Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring clients have the immediate support they need during critical moments. \n
- Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, enhancing the therapeutic experience through structured group dynamics and information sharing. \n
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing secure electronic health record systems. \n
