As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Driver in Princeville, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location as an unarmed patrol officer. In this driving post, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support guests, visitors, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $24.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Pre-Employment Requirement: Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property leadership and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel or resort property, including lobbies, corridors, parking areas, amenities, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, common areas, and assigned posts to help support authorized access, observe for policy violations, and report maintenance, life-threatening, and/or suspicious conditions.
• Assist with de-escalation, directions, and general guest assistance while following Allied Universal standards and client site expectations for hospitality-focused locations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
