Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehabilitation
Join a state-of-the-art, 50-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs offer customized and intense treatment tailored to meet the individual needs of patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and support under the direction of the nursing staff.
- Assist with the administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and report on patient condition.
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Schedule
This position offers a day shift from 06:45 to 19:15, with required weekend hours every other weekend.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active LPN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
