What You Will Do

• Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape sheet metal or structural steel to precise specifications.
• Set up tooling, die sets, and program CNC or manual press brake controls based on job orders.
• Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering drawings, and shop spec sheets.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, protractors) to maintain dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with shop safety standards.

What You Need

• Direct experience operating press brake equipment required.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and independently set up machine tooling.
• Experience working with flat sheet metal or structural metal materials preferred.
• Solid math skills and proficiency with precision measuring tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and dependable, punctual attendance every day.
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
