Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $1,841 per week

• Day shift -- 8 am - 4:30 pm, 5 days per week
• Home health physical therapy setting
• 1 year of home health experience required
• OASIS documentation experience required -- over 3 months
• Skills preferred: wound care, lymphedema, MS, TBI, spinal cord
• Required skills: geriatrics, neurology, ortho, COPD management
• First time travelers accepted

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
