Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.The Land Warfare and Missile Defense Systems (LADS) department is seeking an Execution Chief Engineer (CE) with technical expertise and engineering leadership skills to drive the design and development of world-class Air and Missile Defense Systems. The Kuwait-Qatar Execution CE will provide support to the Kuwait-Qatar Chief Engineer and be responsible for system analysis, requirements development, hardware design, software design, integration thread development, system performance to include integration and test, and integrated sustainment plans on UAE Patriot and Bahrain Patriot programs. This position will directly interface with the customers from the United States Government (USG), the UAE Government, and the Bahrain Government. This role will support ongoing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) Patriot contracts and future FMS/DCS pursuits. This role may also provide execution and capture support to other Patriot System efforts in the MENA region. This is an onsite position based in Tewksbury, MA and may require occasional travel. The selected candidate will be assigned to the Land and Air Defense Systems strategic business unit.What You Will DoSupport the Kuwait-Qatar Chief Engineer / Technical Director’s (CE/TD) responsibilities as owner of technical execution or program scope.Ensure technical integrity and engineering execution across all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and disciplines within the Program to cost, schedule, technical requirementsMaintain regular cadence of communication with Engineering Leadership Team a summary of status and high-priority topics.Attend Product Line and Project Team meetings to identify and drive Risk and Opportunity handling plans.Lead Engineering Program Review rollup and approvals in support of the Estimate-At-Complete (EAC) and Latest-Revised-Estimate (LRE) processes.Provide technical advisory disposition for Export / Import (EXIM) compliance~20% Domestic/International travelQualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience,Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
