Guest Experience Coordinator

Encore is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator in Jacksonville to act as a liaison between Encore, the venue, and customers, delivering information and support in a professional, friendly manner to ensure a high-quality experience. This role reports to the Director, Event Technology. Responsibilities include customer contact, billing, data entry, and customer engagement, with collaboration on site visits and follow-ups, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating with hotel sales teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
