Lead Mobile X-Ray Technologist – Edison, NJ Area

We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to serve as a Lead Mobile X-Ray Technologist for a growing mobile imaging operation serving healthcare facilities throughout Northern New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile X-ray examinations at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and healthcare facilities
• Serve as a resource and mentor for imaging staff
• Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and operational support
• Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance are maintained
• Help train and onboard new technologists
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues as needed
• Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required
• State licensure as required
• Previous experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or lead experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
