Accounts Payable:
· Assists with all clerical functions of Accounts Payable, specifically vendor maintenance.
· Maintain updated vendor information, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure the vendor master is properly maintained.
· Communication skills (verbal and written) are critical, as this role will engage in frequent communication with external vendors.
Skills:
· Good customer service and communication skills
· Reliable, organized, detailed and focused
· Ability to multitask and manage time well
· Bookkeeping background preferred
· High School Diploma or GED.
