to lead our sales team and drive performance. This role is ideal for a hands on
leader who excels at coaching, closing, and delivering a strong customer

Responsibilities <\/u><\/b><\/span>

• Lead
  and motivate the sales team to achieve volume, gross, and CSI goals. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Desk deals effectively while maintaining profitability and compliance. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and accountability. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Manage inventory, pricing, and sales processes to remain competitive. <\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Partner with F&I and leadership to ensure smooth deal flow and customer
  satisfaction. <\/span>
