Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• BLS and ACLS certification required (additional certifications preferred)
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Excellent critical thinking and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulating and/or scrubbing for surgical procedures across a variety of specialties
• Ensuring patient safety and maintaining aseptic technique throughout all cases
• Collaborating closely with surgeons, surgical techs, anesthesia, and the broader perioperative team
• Providing exceptional patient advocacy and support during intraoperative care
• Maintaining and updating all required documentation with accuracy
