TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Creve Coeur, Missouri, 63141!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in Emergency Room License: Current active RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC preferred Must-Have: - EPIC experience - Pediatric experience preferred Description: Position for Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The role involves managing adult patients and stabilizing pediatric patients for transfer. The daily patient visits are approximately 35. The unit has 8 to 10 beds. Every other weekend is required. No on-call duty is required, but the clinician may float to ICU and Medical-Surgical areas to meet facility needs. Must have skills in blood product administration, ventilator care, central line care, and general emergency procedures. Experience with interpretation of arterial blood gases and dysrhythmias is necessary. Strong IV management and triage skills are required. First-time travelers must have EPIC experience. The work environment includes interdisciplinary support from various services including physical therapy and pharmacy. This position requires a commitment to fulfilling the contract terms upon acceptance. RTO restrictions apply, with a maximum of 7 days allowed. Compliance with facility requirements is expected prior to the start date.
