Regional Colorectal Specialist (RCS) -Northeast (Multi-City)

Position Description The Regional Colorectal Specialist (RCS) is responsible for providing minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals with an immediate focus on our GelSeal® technologies as it pertains to the colorectal space. Responsibilities Work from a focused, quarterly sales plan to drive revenue and exceed sales quotas Call on high volume surgical centers to promote our Gel technologies Provide clinical expertise and support for all products used in surgery Set meetings with key opinion leaders and key decision makers of large health systems to communicate and discuss Applied Medical’s minimally invasive programs in the market, specifically colorectal Drive the interest and the adoption of our Gel technologies through targeting leaders within the medical community Operate as an ambassador of the Applied Medical brand in competitive environments Coordinate a cohesive plan through interaction with corporate accounts and Field implementation divisions Work collectively with current/future APS regions to maximize colorectal support, focus and coverage Position Requirements A minimum of 3-5 years of medical device sales experience with a proven track record of continued sales success Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work and manage cross-functional teams and activities Must be able to travel routinely (up to 50% of the time) and manage expenses incurred while traveling (travel time may vary depending on individual territories) Proven goal-oriented, self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial drive Demonstrated performance record with clear documentation of success Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Bachelor’s degree Benefits The base compensation for this role is $90,000-$110,000 per year for the position in the Northeast. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base salary displayed reflects the target for new hire salaries in the Northeast based on the date of this job posting.
