Admissions Director – Ridgewood Manor (Full-Time) – Maumee, OH

We are currently seeking a full-time Admissions Director with proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care to lead the admissions process at our Maumee, Ohio facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a team that values collaboration, compassion, and results.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process for our skilled nursing facility

• Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community referral sources

• Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for new residents

• Manage pre-admission assessments, tours, inquiries, and documentation

• Track admission data and provide timely reports to leadership

• Additional duties as assigned by job description, Administrator, and/or Regional Support Team 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Admissions Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is REQUIRED

• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care insurance and regulations

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
