Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Weatherford, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales goals and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
