For more than 100 years, the Humane Society of Tampa Bay has been dedicated to ending animal homelessness and providing care and comfort for companion animals in need. We are currently seeking part-time Vet Techs for our Animal Health Center. Candidates must have clinical experience and must possess and demonstrate excellent team player spirit, be able to multi-task, and show focus and follow through in a very busy, fun environment.

Must have experience with:

• Fecals
• Parasite identification
• Vaccinations
• Animal restrain
• Urinalysis
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BLOOD DRAWS
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A VET TECHNICIAN
• Schedule will include working weekends.
• 150.00 CE Reimbursement for CVT's
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs

Job Type: Part-time

• Starting pay $20.00! Schedule will include working Saturday.
• SIGN ON BONUS OF $2,500 AVAILABLE (half paid after 90 days, half paid after 6 months employment)

Required Education: High School or better.
