Their expert team includes four orthopedic surgeons, a sports medicine physician, bone health experts, physical therapists, and workers' compensation specialists. Must have completed accredited Surgical Technology program or must have five (5) consecutive years training/experience as a Surgical Tech - Required
Or LPN with one (1) year surgical tech - Preferred
National Certification - Highly Preferred
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
If Certified, Surgical Technologist must have current certification. - Required
Currently Oklahoma LPN license, if applicable. - Required
