Java Production Support Lead

Location: Austin, TX

Face to face interview is must

Technical Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and SQL Database

Experience in Supply Chain Functional Domain

Proven experience in production support

Familiar with Supplier Collaboration

Expertise in Production Support, Incident, and Outage Management

Experience in Stakeholder and Business Communications

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization

Maintaining documentation for support processes, knowledge base, and RCA reports

The pay range for this role is ***k - ***k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
