Overview:
Our family practice in Brownwood, Texas is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our supportive clinical team. Our opportunity welcomes both new graduates and experienced providers, providing strong onboarding and the opportunity to deliver high-quality primary care in a collaborative environment with long-term stability.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Competitive salary: $120 000/year (DOE), with bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
• Perform routine follow-up and preventive care visits
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients on health management initiatives

Qualifications:

• Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C), eligible for licensure in Texas
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered primary care
