If you are energized by growth, inspired by innovation, and ready to be a part of something big - let's chat!As a Business Development Representative, your day-to-day will consist of generating qualified leads, cold calling prospects, documenting all communication within the customer relationship management system (CRM), and connecting these quality leads and interested customers to our office coffee system (OCS) team in the field.ResponsibilitiesAssist Account Executives with lead generation and scheduling tasting eventsLead daily business development efforts by sourcing qualified leads, utilizing lead generation criteria and processesSet tasting events/meetings through a high volume of outreach activities (phone, email, text, etc.)Utilize CRM for effective and proficient prospect management, documentation, and marketing implementationClear, concise documentation and communication to office coffee and central teamsCollaborate with sales and marketing team to assist in developing the sales process and content and marketing implementationMay include customer follow up, customer engagement, customer upselling, and re-orderingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management/Administration, or related fieldsCRM and Lead Gen Tools proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Spotio, Zoho, ZoomInfo, etc.)Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, ability to handle objections and navigate rejection positivelyKnowledge and SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication and ability to articulate value propositions clearlySales aptitude and hunter mentalityComfortable cold calling, cold prospecting, and 'hunter' mentality required in salesDetail-focused mind, strong organization and time managementAbility to build strong relationships; engaging communicator and collaboratorAbility to work autonomously within a team environment with a strong sense of urgency to complete tasks on time and to high standardsPerseverance, initiative & follow-through, and problem solving
