We're looking for someone just like you to join our team. As a development partner, we provide comprehensive solutions to our clients, including civil engineering, surveying, construction management, and entitlement services. Our ideal candidate shares our enthusiasm for land development and embraces our company culture. Responsibilities: Lead a team of designers, effectively communicating client needs and company objectives. Manage diverse projects such as shopping centers, auto dealerships, gas stations, amusement parks, and quick-service restaurant (QSR) developments. Establish and enforce design criteria in compliance with industry standards. Employ efficient problem-solving strategies to address project challenges. Define project parameters to ensure timely delivery of high-quality plans. Collaborate closely with Principals to develop accurate and competitive proposals. Requirements Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. Licensed Professional Engineer in California Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Strong capability in preparing grading plans, utility plans, and site plans. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5-10 years of experience in land development. #J-18808-Ljbffr
