We are seeking a High-Volume Bilingual Receptionist to join our staffing office in Murrieta, CA. Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role provides professional front-desk operations and customer service in English and Spanish while supporting applicant onboarding, payroll activities, drug screening, data entry, and daily staffing-office operations. The successful candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment using a staffing-specific platform. This position offers a potential growth path toward Recruiting Coordinator.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
- Greet and assist applicants, associates, clients, and visitors professionally.
- Provide bilingual customer service and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
- Pre-screen applicants and support candidates throughout the application and onboarding process.
- Review applications and collect required employment documentation.
- Enter and maintain accurate applicant and employee information in a staffing-specific platform.
- Assist with payroll-related duties and provide payroll support.
- Administer drug screens according to company procedures.
- Support recruiting activities, front-desk operations, and daily staffing-office needs.
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential employee and applicant information professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfort using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning staffing-specific software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of reception and administrative support experience.
- Previous staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience.
- Experience working with multi-line phone systems.
- Experience with data entry, payroll administration, and employment documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience supporting applicant onboarding or recruiting operations.
