Job Title

This position's primary responsibility is providing customer service and support by telephone. The incumbent will spend most of the workday answering calls and returning voicemails from State suppliers, prospective suppliers, and statewide agency users. They will assist callers with the eSupplier Portal submission process and answer Supplier Maintenance questions.

The position supports the eSupplier Module and requires an elevated level of customer service. The Supplier Maintenance team is responsible for the W-9 process and 1099 reporting. Additional duties include monitoring and responding to messages in the Supplier email inbox, reviewing change requests for errors or potential fraud, and creating/resolving service desk tickets.

The minimum salary for this position is $57,975.00.
