Seeking a dedicated West Virginia Licensed Quality Specialist, the part-time PRN position will evaluate patient care documentation, assess compliance with healthcare standards, and identify opportunities for enhancing care delivery in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Analyze healthcare documentation to identify noncompliance with national and state standards Conduct audits and reviews of patient medical records to ensure accurate documentation and compliance Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care outcomes Required qualifications Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state or multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) Three years of healthcare experience, including one year in home health Experience in quality improvement or compliance roles in healthcare Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
