Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Richmond, VA (23231). In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities- Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
