HeyHire is hiring a General Manager for a boutique hotel opening a new restaurant and cafe in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. The GM will open the room, build the front-of-house team, own the P&L, and set service standards from day one. The ideal candidate has current GM experience in high-volume, Michelin-level or acclaimed service environments, a track record of long tenure, and hands-on floor leadership.
