Experienced Manufacturing Technician

Job Description As a Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell, you will employ critical thinking in a clean‑room environment, using chemistry fundamentals to help deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving customer needs. You will work under direct supervision alongside talented chemists to develop and optimize formulations, conduct experiments, and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure successful product development of Honeywell’s next generation of products. You will run experiments and tests to aid in developing improved manufacturing procedures and processes. You will be part of a highly committed group that provides expertise and ensures project success. Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment according to SOPs. Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks. Conduct quality checks to ensure product conformity and adherence to specifications. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Document production data and maintain accurate records. Shift Options 2nd Shift: Monday-Fri, 2 pm-10 pm. 3rd Shift: Monday-Fri, 2 pm-10 pm. 4th Shift: Mon & Fri 10 pm-6 am; Sat & Sun 10 pm-10 am. 6th Shift: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon 2 pm-12 am. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Basic computer skills and ability to use manufacturing tools and equipment. Experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment. Experience in a clean‑room laboratory. Works under minimal supervision. We value: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related science. Leadership or coaching experience to direct and/or indirect reports. The annual range for this position is $48,000 - $68,700.
