The Dishwasher will support restaurant kitchen operations by maintaining clean dishes, equipment, and work areas. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, this role will help ensure an efficient, sanitary kitchen while supporting the team with daily operational needs. Growth opportunities include advancement to prep cook or line cook and cross-training in food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes and maintain a steady supply of clean kitchenware.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and follow established sanitation procedures.
- Clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Support restaurant kitchen operations as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in commercial dishwashing.
- Familiarity with commercial dishwashers and food safety practices.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemical handling, and waste management.
- Strong time management, teamwork, and attention to detail.
This role is primarily nights/weekends, flexible applicants will be considered first!
