Charge Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Urology/Genitourinary – PRN Nights Location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas, TX 75231 Hours: PRN | Nights Shift | Varied as needed Unit Highlights 24‑Bed Urology Inpatient Medical‑Surgical Unit Self‑scheduling with rotating weekend requirements Working with a Multi‑Disciplinary Team Provide life‑saving care for a diverse patient population What You Need Associate's Degree Nursing required Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred

1. year experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting required
2. years experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting preferred

RN – Registered Nurse license required upon hire BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent patient care and maintained quarterly required CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 60 days required ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days preferred A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast‑paced environment What You Will Do Communicate and collaborate with all members of the health care team, valuing diversity, equity, and inclusion as a key strategy of teamwork.
