Finance Project Manager

Our client is looking for Project Manager / Program Manager to lead a global e-invoicing transformation program . This role will drive the implementation and expansion of electronic invoicing solutions across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and mandates . You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Tax, IT, Accounts Payable (AP), and external vendors to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient invoicing solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of e-invoicing and finance transformation projects Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies Oversee multiple global workstreams and ensure timely delivery Track progress, resolve issues, and communicate status to stakeholders Compliance & Governance Partner with Tax, Finance, and Procurement teams to track country-specific e-invoicing regulations Ensure systems and processes align with compliance requirements Maintain governance frameworks, audit readiness, and documentation Stakeholder Management Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, AP, IT, Tax, and Vendors Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate decision-making Present updates to leadership and steering committees Technology & Process Enablement Support implementation of ERP and invoice automation platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) Manage integrations with tax engines and e-invoicing providers Coordinate testing (UAT), training, and change management Required Skills Project management experience in finance transformation / ERP / compliance programs Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience working with global teams and vendors Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills Experience in: e-invoicing / Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) global tax or compliance projects ERP exposure: SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba PMP / Agile / PRINCE2 certification Experience in regulated global environments #J-18808-Ljbffr The Judge Group
