Intake Specialist: Insurance Verification & Scheduling

Advisacare Home Health and Hospice is seeking a full-time Intake Specialist at our Lansing location. The role focuses on gathering benefit information, securing initial authorization, and confirming patient liability before care begins.
Responsibilities include verifying insurance, documenting payor details in Kinnser, coordinating schedules for clinical staff, and supporting the billing team as needed. A high school diploma and insurance verification experience are preferred.
