Security Technician

Pay Rate: $60 / hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Security Technician – Framingham, MA Company: Loyal Source Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team in the Framingham, Massachusetts area. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in high‑quality work, strong customer relationships, and technical expertise in security systems installation and service. Primary Responsibilities Maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all supported security systems Navigate and utilize online service and support programs Coordinate tools, materials, and resources to complete work on time and within budget Maintain strong customer relations through daily communication and on‑site coordination Serve as a qualifier for vendor/manufacturer product certifications Perform inspections and service tasks as required Complete all additional duties assigned by the Operations organization Required Qualifications Valid Class D Massachusetts Security System Technician License (mandatory) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Must have experience with Honeywell Pro‑Watch Minimum of 4 years of experience installing and/or servicing security systems Strong understanding of security system components, wiring, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Preferred Experience Honeywell Pro‑Watch Axis Communications ExacqVision What We’re Looking For Reliable, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality Comfortable working directly with customers Able to manage time, materials, and tasks efficiently Eager to maintain and expand manufacturer certifications We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants.
