Overview Join our dynamic team of pediatric intensivists in beautiful Richmond, VA Responsibilities Pediatrix Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for BC/BE pediatric intensivists to join our current group of 5 board certified Pediatric Critical Care Providers at Bon Secours/Mercy St. Mary’s Hospital. Ideal candidates will be strong clinicians who work well as part of a team, adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines, and provide high quality care. 6-physician practice with inhouse call Block scheduling available with 12 hour shifts M-F and 24 hour shifts on weekends Responsibilities include covering the 10-bed PICU with an ADC of 7, shared coverage of two day per week sedation program Robust subspecialty support available, including Peds GI, Endocrinology, Surgery, Pulmonology, Neurology, Infectious Disease, Orthopedics and Urology Pediatrix also provides NICU, MFM and pediatric hospitalist services at St. Mary’s Hospital. Physicians will be part of a comprehensive care team of pediatric critical care specialists and pediatric hospitalists. Experienced providers and new grads are encouraged to apply.
