Job Title Service Estimator Location Aurora, CO – 18150 E 32nd Place, Aurora, CO 80011 Hours Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm Job Overview This is a Service Estimator Support position based out of Denver, Colorado. The role includes service support from the time of inquiry to delivery, which requires parts identification, quoting, order confirmation/purchase order receipt, pricing, order processing, and expediting. Responsibilities Handling inbound customer requests to generate sales of compressed air products, blower/vacuum products and parts. Assist customers with parts identification and generate service repair quotes, installation quotes and PM agreement quotes to ensure quotes transition to orders. Manage rental fleet, including monthly billing, depreciation of assets and coordinating service intervals. Investigate Insight cases on CC360 to determine if a service quote is needed. Manage orders to ensure delivery schedule is achieved. Act as key customer contact to provide information through the complete sales cycle from quote through delivery. Mentor peers and share best practices with less experienced team members as needed. Manage inventory to maintain stocking levels and ensure the order process is complete and error‑free. Manage outside purchases and product transportation expenses effectively and efficiently. Operate forklift in the Parts Warehouse within compliance. Ensure that all paperwork, purchase orders, etc. are maintained to respond to customer inquiries timely and meet internal process requirements. Requirements High School Diploma. 2+ years of service or mechanical experience. Core Competencies Effective communication with all teammates and providing timely responses and updates. Excellent multitasking skills to handle information and requests via multiple media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills – ability to manage time and multitask. Strategic thinking and planning. Customer service focus – understanding needs, solving problems, and responding efficiently. Preferences Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to navigate internal software programs. Forklift certification a plus, but not required. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements This position will be based in Aurora, Colorado and may require occasional travel (5–10%) within the US for meetings, employee training, and other business needs. Pay Range The total pay range for this role, including incentive opportunities, is $75,000 – $90,000.
