Part-Time Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour with the opportunity to earn $19.00/hour after a successful 90-day performance review.

Employment Type: Part-Time (15–30 hours per week)

SGM Medical Transport is a locally owned, woman-owned, family-operated Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company serving San Diego County.

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and professional individual who enjoys helping others. This position is perfect for someone looking for meaningful work where they can truly make a difference in people's lives.

No previous NEMT experience is required! We provide paid training for the right person.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments.

Assist seniors and individuals with mobility challenges.

Operate company vehicles safely and professionally.

Provide outstanding customer service with kindness and respect.

Maintain a clean company vehicle.

Complete basic trip documentation.

Qualifications

Valid California Driver's License.

Clean driving record.

At least 21 years old.

Able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Dependable, punctual, and professional.

Excellent customer service skills.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

Starting pay of $18.00/hour.

Opportunity to earn $19.00/hour after a successful 90-day review based on attendance, reliability, professionalism, and performance.
