Cook – Full-Time
Facility: The Gardens at West Shore
Location: Camp Hill, PA

Schedule:

• 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, every other weekend (EOW) required

• 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, every other weekend (EOW) required

The Gardens at West Shore is seeking a Cook to join our skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, PA . In this role, you will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in accordance with planned menus and established portion control procedures.

• Prepare and cook all meals as scheduled

• Coordinate food production with meal service times

• Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders

• Ensure proper portion control and plate presentation

• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, abbreviations, and portions

• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and production regulations

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas

• High School diploma or equivalent required

• One (1) year of dietary or food service experience in a healthcare setting preferred

• Culinary school training preferred

• Must be 18 years of age or older
