We're looking for a qualified Electrical Superintendent / Foreman to join our team in the Oklahoma City area. You'll oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time and budget, while self-performing field work alongside your crew.

Oversee planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects within time limits and approved budget.

Interpret plans, specifications, and submittals to plan and coordinate commercial electrical construction projects.

Self-perform electrical work as required: bend and run conduit (including underground), pull wire, install fixtures and outlets, dig ditches, read blueprints, install service, and motor controls.

Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems in the field.

Monitor and assess the performance of yourself and your crew, making improvements or taking corrective action as needed.

Weigh the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Maintain adherence to company policies, including proper attire, safety, and customer focus.

Journeyman or Master electrician license.

High school diploma or equivalent.

18 years of age or older.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Own hand tools.

Ability to work in inclement weather; stand for a full shift; squat, bend, and reach overhead; lift heavy loads; and climb ladders.
