Somos un restaurante familiar en busca de una camarera experimentada para ayudar a brindar un servicio excepcional a nuestros clientes. Nuestro candidato ideal es alguien que sea entusiasta, extrovertido y tenga una pasión por la comida y la hospitalidad.
Responsabilidades:
- Saludar a los clientes y acompañarlos a sus mesas.
- Presentar menús y responder preguntas sobre los platos y especiales.
- Tomar y registrar con precisión los pedidos de los clientes.
- Servir comida y bebidas a los clientes.
- Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente atendiendo sus necesidades y solicitudes.
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y organizado.
- Manejar transacciones en efectivo y con tarjeta de crédito.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa como camarera o en un rol similar.
- Excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y comunicación.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente rápido.
- Conocimiento de los procedimientos de servicio de alimentos y bebidas.
- Capacidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo fines de semana y días festivos.
- Debe poder estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo y levantar hasta 25 libras.
- Debe tener 18 años o más.
